1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the vaip taka platform. vaip taka is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms are written in Bengali so all Bangladeshi members can understand them easily. vaip taka believes transparency is the best policy, which is why every condition is explained clearly.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with vaip taka, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. These rules are in place to keep everyone safe.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on vaip taka. Your national ID or date of birth will be verified during registration. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be terminated immediately, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Registration Terms

• Each individual may open one account only.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Mobile number and email verification are mandatory.
• Opening multiple accounts with the same mobile number is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. vaip taka is not liable for any unauthorised use of your account by another person. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

3 Betting Rules & Conditions

Please read these rules carefully before placing any bets on vaip taka. Following them properly will make your experience much better.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, vaip taka reserves the right to void it.
• Obviously incorrect odds (such as those that are abnormally lower or higher than market rates) will not be accepted.
• Any pre-match bet placed after a match has kicked off will be considered void.

Live Betting

Odds in vaip taka's Live Betting section update in real time. If a connection issue causes a delay in confirming your bet, the odds may change. In that case, you can either confirm the bet at the new odds or cancel it.

Betting Limits

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 BDT.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• Vaip taka reserves the right to increase or decrease any user's betting limits.
• A maximum of 15 events can be added to an accumulator bet.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on vaip taka are completely secure and transparent. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — funds must be sent from an account in your own name only.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 BDT.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vaip taka regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that apply to its use.

Welcome Bonus

• A bonus of up to 150% is available on your first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 10x).
• While a bonus is active, the minimum odds must be 1.50 or higher.
• The Welcome Bonus cannot be claimed by the same person across multiple accounts.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• Reload bonus terms are specified separately on each offer's page.
• Cashback is generally paid out on a weekly basis.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

6 Prohibited Activities

Vaip taka is a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform's systems.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Spreading false information against vaip taka.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Vaip taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Closed by vaip taka

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be suspended.
• Your account may be temporarily locked for security verification.

Responsible Betting Self-Exclusion

8 Limitation of Liability

Vaip taka always strives to provide the best service. However, vaip taka will not be held liable in the following situations.

• If a bet is not confirmed due to an internet connection failure.
• If a third-party server or payment gateway is down.
• Service may be disrupted in the event of a natural disaster or force majeure circumstances.
• If the user voluntarily shares their password and suffers a loss as a result.
• For any betting losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
